Our luxury holiday houseboat is located in a beautiful spot in a marina in Aalsmeer, on the Kleine Poel.

Next to the boat we have a terrace on the water with 2 sit-up kayaks with paddles and a life jacket, free to use. In addition, we have our own sloop, which you can rent if available. Price on request. No license required. What can you expect: Stable as a house and equipped with all comforts and luxury, such as excellent beds, smart TV (in the living room and in the master bedroom), audio, internet, complete kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bathroom with whirlpool and a Finnish sauna. The ark has 1 bedrooms and 1 fitness room. There is a free parking space available for you at the marina. Layout of the ark: Living area 60 m2 with open kitchen, dining area, cozy sitting area, TV, WIFI and decorative fireplace.Kitchen: Large fridge and freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso and a regular coffee maker. Plenty of crockery and pans. In the basement: Finnish sauna, toilet, 1 bedroom, fitness room and bathroom with double sink, shower, bath and hairdryer. Adjacent to the living room you have a terrace with a view over the lake. Here you can enjoy the sun and the view all day long. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
